What types of apparel do you offer?
We offer embroidered sweatshirts, hoodies, quarter zips, and T-shirts. Available styles may vary by design.
What sizes are available?
Our apparel is available in sizes S, M, L, XL, 2XL, 3XL, and 4XL, depending on the product. Please check the size chart on the product page before ordering.
Can I personalize my order?
Some designs offer personalization options. Available options will be shown on the product page. If you have a special request, please contact us before placing your order.
Can I request a different thread color?
Some products offer an optional thread color request. If the option is available, you’ll see it on the product page. If you’re unsure, contact us before ordering.
Where are your products made?
Our embroidered products are made to order in our own workshop in Vietnam.

How long does it take to make my order?
Our production time is typically 3–5 days before your order is shipped.
What payment methods do you accept?
We currently accept PayPal. All prices are listed in US dollars (USD).
Can I change my order after placing it?
If you need to change your order, please contact us as soon as possible at support@cozyembroidery.shop. Include your order number and the changes you’d like to make. We’ll let you know if a change is still possible.
Shipping
Where do you ship?
We currently ship to the United States, European Union, Canada, United Kingdom, and Australia.
How long does shipping take?
Estimated shipping times after dispatch are:
- United States: 7–12 days
- European Union, Canada, United Kingdom, and Australia: 10–12 days
These estimates do not include the 3–5 day production time. Actual delivery times may vary.
How much does shipping cost?
Shipping is calculated per item. The first item is charged at the full rate; each additional item is charged at half that rate.

What if I entered the wrong shipping address?
